I recently worked with Christopher Hughes in an individual session, as well as attending his classes. I’ve been so impressed with what he offers! It is a fun, fresh, uplifting, kind, generous, motivating, & an authentic approach to the tools & techniques of Access Consciousness. I deeply appreciate his willingness to dive in about sex. For me, sex is always a hot topic (pun intended) & Christopher has helped me unpack & clear some of my points of view around it.
